Everyone has certain personal/business contacts on their phones that they don’t want other people to see. Apple has certain built-in options that let the users hide those contacts easily, while only showing a preselected list.
To activate this feature and manage your contacts list, follow these steps:
Click on “All iCloud” in the Contacts app on mac. Or go to icloud.com, log in with your Apple ID and then click on “Contacts”.
Click on the “+” button to create and name a new group.
Move the contacts that you want shown into the group and save the group.
Open the “Contacts” app on your iPhone and tap on the “Groups” button.
Tap the “Hide All Contacts” button to hide all contacts.
Select the group you just created, which contains all the contact you want shown.
By following these steps, all important contacts will become hidden on your iPhone. Only the contacts present in the group you created and selected will remain unhidden.
