How To Hide Notification Content From Lock Screen In iPhone

[Hide Sensitive Notification Information From Selective Apps]

Just like Android, iOS too gives it’s users the option to see what notifications they receive and from whom, right on their lock screen.

In iOS 10, these notifications can not only be accessed from the lock screen, but you can also interact with them quite easily using Force Touch.

However, just like any other smartphone user, iPhone users too sometimes have concerns about other people watching their notifications when they’re not looking.

You can easily disable this feature through a process that’s quite similar to how Android users do it. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  1. Open “Settings” and scroll down to “Notifications”.
  2. Open “Notifications” and you will see a complete list of the apps you have on your phone.
  3. Select any app you want to hide notifications from.
  4. Inside the app title, you will see an option titled “Show On Lock Screen”.
  5. Tap the toggle button next to it, in order to hide all notifications from that particular app.
  6. You can also toggle “Allow Notifications” in the same menu to completely block all notifications from the app.
  7. Repeat this process for all the apps you want to hide notifications from.

With these easy steps, you will be able to hide and/or block notifications from apps in your iPhone. Have fun.
