How To See Android Notifications On PC

[Use Cortana For Easy Syncing]

Windows 10 Anniversary Update is a great treat for any PC user as it provides you with a host of features that weren’t accessible in the earlier versions of the operating system.

A lot of these features have to do with helping you sync your data across multiple devices, including files, documents and even notifications.

When we say notifications, we mean that once you have installed the Anniversary Update, you will be able to sync your android smartphone notifications directly to your computer.

This way, you will be able to see every message and notification you receive directly from your PC, without even having to unlock your smartphone.

If you want to use this feature, follow these simple steps:

  1. Join Windows Insider Program.
  2. Download, install and run Cortana.
  3. “Allow” any and all permissions the app requires.
  4. Login with your Microsoft Account.
  5. Tap the “Three Dash” menu icon on the top left corner.
  6. Select “Settings” from the menu.
  7. Inside Settings, click on “Sync Notifications”.
  8. Select the notifications that you want to sync.
  9. In the popup that follows, tap on “Got It” to be redirected to the Notification Access page.
  10. Toggle the switch next to Cortana, in order to give it “Notification Access”.
  11. Go back to the Cortana app.
  12. Tap on “Choose Which Apps To Sync” and select the apps you want to sync notifications for.
  13. Once done, close the app.
  14. Your android notifications will now automatically appear on your PC.

With these easy steps, you will be able to easily sync all your android notifications with your Windows PC. Have fun.
