[Simple Voice Commands To Sort Pictures By Data & Location]

Having such a great setup obviously leads to users clicking lots of photos. These photos can all be found in the Photos app on the phone. However, once the pictures reach a high enough number, the job of sorting through them becomes a lot more tough.

Thankfully for users, Apple is known to create specific features designed to make jobs like this quite easy to do. In the case of searching through photos, users can simple use Siri.

To sort your photos with the help of Siri, follow these steps:

  1. Hold the “Home” button to activate Siri.
  2. Say, “Show Me Photos For (Date)” to search the photos taken on a specific day.
  3. Siri will search and show the photos taken on that date.
  4. Make sure you specify the year if you want to sort for a pictures taken on a special day of a particular year.
  5. Say, “Show Me Photos From (Location)” to search the photos tagged with that location.
  6. Make sure “Location Services” is enabled before you try this feature.
  7. You can also combine the two and say, “Show Me Photos From (Location) on (Date)” for an even more complex search.

With these simple commands, you will be able to find all the pictures you want, without have to swipe through your whole collection.
