How To Open Files/Apps In Virtual Desktops On Windows

[VDesk Software Lets You Create And Manage Multiple Desktops]

Virtual desktops are great tools for sorting your desktop when you have multiple applications or files open at the same time. They let you easily arrange and switch between multiple desktops while keeping all the individual processes running in the background.

This feature is already available on Mac, but if you want to use it in Windows, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Download and install VDesk.
  2. Go to the folder the EXE file has been downloaded to.
  3. Right click in the File Explorer and select the “Open command window here” option.
  4. Wait for the Command Prompt window to open.
  5. Enter the following command = vdesk -install = and press enter.
  6. Now, go to any file or app you want to open.
  7. Right click on it and select “Open In New Virtual Desktop”.

With these easy steps, you will be able to open all sorts of files and applications in multiple desktops with ease.
